 Slicks and Nitrous Went to Maplegrove couple of weeks ago, went thru tech and they told me since I was running slicks and nitrous I need a drive shaft loop and a fireproof jacket.
Been running them both since the start of the season, first time I was told that. Was inspected by a guy I never seen there. Any of you guys have knowledge of the rules or know where I can find them? Running high 11's- low 12's. Don't mind the loop but them jackets are expensive.

Re: Slicks and Nitrous I know you need a loop to run slicks and at a certian et don't remember how fast though.And tech at the grove is the worst ive ever seen!!!!! it's almost as bad as the track prep there!!

Re: Slicks and Nitrous I think with any kind of slick/cheater slick you have to have a driveshaft loop. as far as a jacket.....I thought in the 11's

Re: Slicks and Nitrous Like I said I don't mind doing the loop, was going to do that anyway. Guess I got to get the Jeg's catalog out and check out prices for the jacket....
