I'm editing this cause I'm cold, drunk and pissed, and i dont' want to offend people. Its 2:30 AM I was out side working on my trailer till almost 2. Let me tell you its cold out there. Finding out that I need new shackles and bearings and seals. On top of the other crap I found out tonight. I will be lucky to touch my car before May. I'm now done. I am getting Keiths car done for OC and thats it. I don't care about OC or who is going anymore I had it. Stocking shelves at walmart can't be as stressful as this. The switch is flipped be warned.

Re: Things for me to look forward too...
Man when are you going to start looking at life differently. You bought an old used trailer from an someone who didn't take care of it. What do you expect to happen? At least when you fix the stuff on it you will know that it is done right and can keep record of when it was done. As far as OC goes I thought it was supposed to be a vacation, a time to kick back and not worry about shit. So what if your car ain't done yet. At least you can go down there and be around people that like you and respect your skills and opinion. At least you have the repsect of the people in your circle of friends. You have mad skills when it comes to working on cars and welding. Try focussing on that instead of everything that goes wrong. Just a little news for you if I would focuss on all the shit I have witnessed and seen in my life plus the shit I put my ex through and what I have put my parents through over the years you wouldn't be working on my car. If you want to give just because shit keeps happening you would have to give up on everything. Shit is going to keep happening. Hey I wasn't in work today because I thought my chest was going to pound out my chest from the stress of my shitty ass job. Just think about your little one and good you are at your job.

Re: Things for me to look forward too...
I said I was not pissed about the trailer stuff. Thats all shit I expect to happen to every thing I own. Not being able to start working on my car is pissing me off. I have enough shit to deal with trying to figure out keeping a roof over my kids head I dont need anymore crap. I was looking forward to vacation but as I said several times. I'm not going down 4 years in a row a total of 6 times without my car. I told Mark today I had it I'm so fed up with this OC bullshit that I am not going. I never thought too much work was a bad thing, but now everyone wants there car done for OC. And we keep getting cars dropped off before any can leave. Mark and I are busting our ass down there, but seriously how much can 2 people get done. So what do I do not get my car done and not go to OC so I can try to get the other 5 cars done. Or do I stop working for a month and fix my own shit. I need 1 car to leave down there for me to start working on it at midnight after I'm done the rest of the work. SO what can I do I don't have a place to work on my car at. So maybe you can see why I'm pulling my hair out now.

Besdies I just ordered over 3000 dollars worth of crap that will just sit in boxes now and collect dust like the car has been. I have been outside in the middle of the night in 10 degee weather working on my trailer. I have been to u-pull-it yards in the snow and rain. All for nothing. I'm done I had it F!!! OC.

Re: Things for me to look forward too...
Well work is work. I can't keep my car at work no matter how busy or slow we are. You have think about it this way. All the cars there will keep you busy throughout the whole year if things go right someday it might be Sweitzer and Rubright Racing on the sign outside. I am in the same boat you are in. If my father hadn't stepped up to help me and if Mark did not have the shop my car would be gone or sitting in my storage unit collecting dust also. Hey I have been trying to change careers for about 4 years now but I have not given up. I hope you still come down so we can role around and you can show me where everything is. As for the money you spent and the stuff is sitting there. I spent almost 10,000 dollars of my money and I have pretty much replaced most of the things I bought last year and replaced it with more expensive stuff (by my own choice), so things could be worse.
